We've all seen sites where there's a picture behind the content or sign up form. Ever wonder how they did it?
Sure, they may have hired a graphic designer... or maybe they did it themselves like I did... click here.
HTML tables are a great formatting tool and you can see the ones I used to make that page... click here.
And although I used a really BIG picture to fill the page, you can use smaller ones for specialized content or your sign up form.
Just remember to check your page where you've used pictures as backgrounds on a couple of browser types like Explorer and FireFox since they interpret and show things differently.
